Embarq Creative is seeking a Sales assistant to work with our exhibit sales team. The Sales Assistant should be detail oriented, have great communications skills and enjoy a fast paced, multitasking environment. We are looking for someone to work with our sales team, clients and production department to ensure consistent flow of communication


• Provide administrative support for the sales team
• Process order and prep paperwork for Production team
• Work with client inquires to present product options
• Identifying business opportunities to support sales team
• Document customer interactions into Company's CRM
• Strengthen existing sales relationships with customers
• Assisting with special projects
• Provide customers with relevant updates on the status of their project
• No cold calling required
• Qualifications and Skills
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience required
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Proficient with relevant software including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SalesForce

We are seeking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse associates to be part of our growing team.

• Assist in the asset management of client properties
• Pull and prep exhibits for outbound shipments
• Assemble exhibits and graphics for client preview
• Inspect and refurbish exhibits after each event
• Basic facility maintenance

• Diligent worker with excellent mechanical and assembly skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Consistent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid PA Driver’s License in good standing
• Forklift Certification a plus
Comfort with power tools

•Employee must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working on ladders at heights of up to 12-16 feet.
