Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Embarq Creative respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to embarqcreative.com. It does not cover other websites we operate or build for clients, each of which carries its own policy, or any site you reach by following a link from ours.
Embarq Creative is located at 5 Iron Bridge Drive, Collegeville, Pennsylvania 19426.
1. Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what your browser sends automatically.
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it.
- Contact and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, work history, and any resume, portfolio, or other file you attach.
We ask only for what we need to reply to you. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers or financial account details, through a web form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view and how long you spend on them, and the website or search that referred you. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card details through this website.
2. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about a project;
- provide exhibit design, fabrication, rental, installation, and related services;
- review and respond to job applications;
- maintain our business records, including project history with clients;
- operate, secure, and improve this website;
- send you information about our services, where you have asked for it or where we have an existing business relationship with you; and
- comply with our legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations.
We do not use the information you submit through this site to make automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can remember something between pages or visits.
We use them for two purposes:
- Necessary cookies, which make the site function. These keep the site secure and remember basic preferences. The site does not work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies, which tell us how the site is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see which pages visitors reach, how they arrived, and where they leave. This tells us how many people viewed a page, not who they are.
Google processes this information on our behalf and may use it in line with its own policies. You can read how Google handles data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and file storage. They may use the information only to perform that work for us.
- Professional advisers. Our accountants, insurers, and lawyers, where they need it.
- Legal requirements. Where we must comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or where we need to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. If Embarq Creative is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, business records may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not give your information to anyone else for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and job applications for five years, then delete them, unless we still need a record for an active project, a legal or insurance obligation, or an ongoing business relationship.
Project records for clients we have worked with are kept for as long as the relationship continues and for the period required by our tax, accounting, and insurance obligations thereafter.
Analytics information is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics and is not tied to your name.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See the next section.
6. Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- Correct it if it is wrong;
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it; or
- Stop sending you marketing email.
Email info@embarqcreative.com and we will respond. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request about personal information, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We honor these requests as a matter of practice regardless of whether a particular law applies to us.
7. Security, children, and changes
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and an encrypted connection to this website. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children. This website is intended for business audiences. We do not direct it to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us,s and we will delete it.

Advertising cookies. We use Google Ads to show our services to people searching for exhibit work. Google sets cookies that tell us when a visit or phone call followed one of our ads, so we can measure which ads produce enquiries. Calls placed from an ad may be routed through a tracking number that records the call’s date, duration, and the ad it came from. You can manage advertising personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
