The Event Challenge
With a new administration in the White House, the Library of Congress and Fleishman Hillard International Communications were looking for a new approach to an eight-year-old event. Challenge accepted.
An Event, Unbounded
When a client gives us complete control over design and production, we make sure to knock it out of the park. From scheduling deliveries, to managing all installation with more than a dozen vendors, to catering menus, we coordinated and executed the weeklong setup ahead of schedule.
We liaised with sponsors like PBS Kids, Target, Scholastic,
C-SPAN and Borders in order to provide a seamless event experience for the National Book Festival. Anything short of that would have gone against our DNA.
On schedule and on budget is the name of the game. What’s more? We successfully executed the largest single-day event on the National Mall, consisting of 44 tents, 81 authors and 130,000 attendees.
